We have an annual capacity of 30,000t in producing clay cast iron, and 3,000t in resin cast iron, could produce various kind of graphitic cast iron, alloyed iron and nodular cast iron .

Our casting plant has introduced AMF11-07 horizontally breaking automatic moulding line from Japan Dongjiu Company. Meanwhile, it is equipped with the 416 vertical breaking automatic moulding lines and 60 ton/hour close sand treatment from Baoding WELL Company as well as the machines of double-linked melt pressureand advanced inspection, which build a solid foundation for the quantity, variety and the stability of the middle and high quality castings production. Moreover, we imported many ProcessingCenter machine tools and also bring in high precision machining processing equipments and three coordinate measuring apparatuses.
